Meet LeAnn
As a native Idahoan, I know how amazing it is to live and work in our wonderful state. From living 3 minutes from the Capital to 27 miles from town, I have lived and experienced much of what Idaho has to offer!
I've toured towns on electric scooters and explored the mountains on horseback, camped in fields, by lakes, fed elk from my hand, toured wineries, stayed in yurts, worked at the hockey games, cheered our football teams, soaked in hotsprings, and just about everything in between.
As a mom, I understand the importance of finding just the right place to raise your family. As a horse enthusiast, dog lover and RV owner, I value having a place to enjoy all that life has to offer...and a place to park it!
Prior to entering real estate, I worked for the State of Idaho for 14 years in Human Resources. This experience taught me the value of listening to people to fully understand their needs and communicating in a way that will be beneficial to everyone.
My work commutes included walking across the street to driving 45 minutes each way. I understand how valuable your time is and will strive to not only streamline but enhance your experience when you are working with me!

Harley Girl
Event Paw-lanner
Harley loves to hear her name, so much one might think she purposely runs off just so people can call her name. Harley loves a good party, especially when there is food! When she’s not planning a soiree, she can be seen hunting gophers on her 5 acres or sleeping in the sun. Harley was with Le Ann before real estate and is the most tenured of team members, but officially joined the team on February 22, 2022.
Clyde
Director of Puperations
Clyde is the newest, floppiest member of the team. Clyde, and his director role, is growing daily. He loves to assist the Event Paw-lanner, chew everything insight, sleep all day, and EAT. When not directing the crew, Clyde can be found protecting his home, usually from his monogrammed dog bed in front of the tv. Clyde joined the team on March 6th, 2023.
Farmer Ben
SVP of Logistics
Farmer Ben is a behind the scenes type of guy. If there is an IdahoLeAnn event, you can bet he is there, hauling stuff, unloading, loading, quietly (or not so quietly) standing in the background waiting on Le Ann. A frequenter of Tuesdays on the Plaza, Farmer Ben loves a nice cold beer on a hot day, and never met a hot dog he didn’t enjoy. Farmer Ben joined the team on February 22, 2022.

Otto
Retired Sgt at Arms
Otto spends his days lounging and trying to hear his name being called. Much like Harley, we have to repeat his name over and over, but for different reasons. Otto is the trustiest of souls, always by your side whether he knows it or not. Although he is officially retired, as the most senior team member, he still plays a role in the daily activities. Otto joined the team on February 22, 2022.
