Before we step foot in the first house, I will sit down with you and go over all your wants, needs, must haves, must NOT have, areas you want to live in, and what you desire the most with this purchase.

Finding a home is so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Need to park an RV? Want animals? Downsize your commute? No HOAs or bring on the HOAs? The choice is always up to you!
My goal is to streamline the home buying process, and ensure you are educated, informed and supported throughout the purchase. From making the right offer and negotiating the best possible purchase price, I will represent you and your best interests from beginning to end—this means advocating for you during the inspection, negotiating and managing any repairs, working with your lender, the listing agent, title and escrow companies, and of course coordinating the closing!

My commitment to all my clients is to be as transparent and honest at all times, especially during the difficult times when it’s needed most. Whether you need a question answered or talk through a decision, I am always available to listen and will always respond in a timely manner.

Last but certainly not least, closing is not the end of our journey!
